Medical

To assist us in responding to individual requirements, please inform the College of any special needs your child has which may affect his/her learning, participation or welfare during school hours.

If required, please download and complete a Medical Notification form.

If a student is required to take medication during the day, either temporarily or on-going, the parent/guardian needs to inform Student Reception at the College in writing, describing the type and dosage of medication prescribed. The medication is to be supplied in the original packaging and if it is prescription medication it must have the current prescribing label attached, showing the students name, medication name, dosage and expiry date. Please download and complete a Medication Permission Form

The student is required to come to Student Reception at the appropriate time to self administer the dose, or it must be administered by the parent/guardian.

The College takes no responsibility for the administering of medication to students during school hours.

Pain relief medication such as Panadol cannot be given to students by College staff. Students may not have prescribed medication with them or in their bags under any circumstances.
